how can i integrate 12 sources such as cd, fm tuners, MP3,etc to be selected either of each source in 50 rooms
October 30th, 2009 | by admin |Hi. Im an Bernard Cariño a department head from a city hospital and my task is to have a multiple input sources such as cd, mp3, fm tuner, etc to be selected in each bedside control panel from any of the 50 rooms in my hospital. For example, the patient in room 1 wants to hear music coming from source 1 ( lets say a cd player ) then patient in room 2 wants to hear music coming from source 2 ( say mp3 player ) then patient from room 3 wants to hear music from from source 3 ( say an fm tuner ) then patient in room 4 wants to hear music coming from other sources, say from satellite radio and patient in room 5 wants to hear exactly the same as patient 2 hears and so on and so forth. What particular devices or equipment do i need to make these things work? Also can i make use of a single computer to play all the 12 sources that i need instead or individual players?
That’s a tough one, but i think you would need a different player for each device.
you can hook up the ipod/mp3 device to a computer or laptop, the CD with a CD Player, and a radio for the fm tuner.
i think thats the only way you can go about it.
You could definately get all devices on one computer, but they cannot all be played at the same time.
